Chocolate Jewels

Our range of chocolate Jewels … between Art and Gastronomy:
All our products of Caroline B. Chocolate’s range are carefully selected.
The fat used on our “pralines” consists of 100 % pure cocoa butter. Every chocolate Jewel is home-made,  completely powdery of fine chocolate to give a velvet touch. Always decorated with an eating gold sheet of 24 carat.  It is the reason why, you will never have two identical “praline” in your box.

The “Perles Fleuries”

All products of Caroline B. Chocolate are carefully selected. For these “Perles Fleuries”, we use raw materials of high quality, natural food coloring agents, natural aromas of flowers and fresh ingredients such as the petals of flowers which are candied in our manufacturing shop, quite as small meringues in the shape of petals. The fat used on our pralines consists of 100% pure cocoa butter. Every “Perle Fleurie” is made in a craft industry way, coverred by a fine chocolate to give a velvet touch of different chocolate colours. Our artwork is always decorated with a 24 carats gold sheet safe to eat. It is the reason why, you will never have two identical bonbons in your gift box…

The “Cubes fruités”

All our products are carefully selected. For these “Cubes Fruités”, we use raw materials of high quality, natural food coloring agents, candied fruits, some pulp of fresh fruit and fresh fruit such as the yellow lemon used for its zest cut finely and candied in our workshop. The fat used on our pralines consists of 100% pure cocoa butter. Every “Cube Fruité” is made in a craft industry way, coverred by a fine chocolate to give a velvet touch of different chocolate colours. Our artwork is always decorated with a 24 carats gold sheet safe to eat. It is the reason why, you will never have two identical bonbons in your gift box.
